Service Description

Our goal is to deliver a production-ready app or automation flow using Microsoft Power Platform, supported by comprehensive documentation, a seamless handover, and two engaging training sessions. We also cover governance, including ownership, access management, environment strategy, change control, and monitoring, to ensure the solution remains secure, compliant, and sustainable. You will receive a structured overview of additional areas where automation can be implemented, along with a practical “how to operate” runbook that enables your team to operate, extend, and enhance the solution to drive ongoing efficiency and growth. Workflow Accelerator - Starter: Price: CHF 12'000 / month (excl. VAT) (Additional scope delivered on a day-rate basis) Includes: - 1 production-ready workflow end-to-end (build + test + deploy) or 2 small enhancements. - Governance pack (light): ownership model, access roles, audit trail approach, monitoring basics. - Documentation & handover: solution documentation + “how to operate” runbook - Two training sessions (admin + maker / business users). The client provides the Microsoft tenant/licenses unless explicitly included in scope; we implement within agreed environments and governance controls.
