6. Client projects (processing on behalf of clients)

When we deliver automation or implementation services in a client environment (e.g., in the client’s Microsoft 365/Power Platform tenant), the client is generally the controller and Aracne Automation acts as a processor on the client’s instructions.

In such cases, personal data is processed under the applicable project contract and data-processing terms agreed with the client; data subjects should refer to the client’s privacy notice for details of that processing.

We do not process client project data for our own purposes.
7. Data transfers abroad
Some service providers may process personal data outside Switzerland, including in countries that may not offer the same level of statutory protection.
Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections) and rely on recognised mechanisms where applicable.
