• Hosting / website platform providers (i.e., Wix.com Ltd. and its affiliates)

We use service providers as processors under contract and instruct them to process data only for the purposes described.

6. Client projects (processing on behalf of clients)

• When we deliver automation or implementation services in a client environment (e.g., in the client’s Microsoft 365/Power Platform tenant), the client is generally the controller and Aracne Automation acts as a processor on the client’s instructions.

• In such cases, personal data is processed under the applicable project contract and data-processing terms agreed with the client; data subjects should refer to the client’s privacy notice for details of that processing.

• We do not process client project data for our own purposes.

7. Data transfers abroad

Some service providers may process personal data outside Switzerland, including in countries that may not offer the same level of statutory protection.

Where required, we implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., contractual protections) and rely on recognised mechanisms where applicable.

• Enquiries / leads: typically up to 12 months after the last interaction

• Contract-related communications: for the duration of the relationship and thereafter as required for legal/contractual reasons

• Technical logs: typically 30–180 days, unless needed for security investigations

We may retain data longer if required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures, such as access controls, least-privilege permissions, and account protection (e.g., multi-factor authentication where available). No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
