Automation flow

  • Trigger (Intake received): Customer/boutique submits request via email or form, including photos and proof of purchase.

  • Ingestion & storage: Attachments and metadata are captured; files are stored  in SharePoint/Dataverse under a unique case folder.

  • AI extraction and classification: AI reads documents/photos to extract watch reference, serial number, customer details, warranty indicators, and requested service type. AI classifies the request and flags missing / unclear inputs.

  • Create work order: A Work Order record is created in Dataverse/SharePoint; SLA timer starts immediately.

  • Auto-triage & routing: Work order is routed to the correct workshop queue based on model family, complication type, warranty status, and workload/capacity rules.

  • Acknowledgement: Automatic confirmation sent to customer/boutique with case ID and next steps.

  • Ongoing monitoring of key milestones.
