Create work order: A Work Order record is created in Dataverse/SharePoint; SLA timer starts immediately.

Auto-triage & routing: Work order is routed to the correct workshop queue based on model family, complication type, warranty status, and workload/capacity rules.

Acknowledgement: Automatic confirmation sent to customer/boutique with case ID and next steps.
