Service Description

“From process reality to a governed delivery plan in 7 business days.” It is a fixed-scope discovery engagement designed to turn a high-value process automation idea into a build-ready, governed delivery plan on the Microsoft Power Platform. We work with your business and IT stakeholders to map the current process end-to-end and identify automation. Delivery options (excl. VAT) - Light Blueprint (2 days/week): CHF 3’000 per week Suitable for smaller processes or early-stage scoping. - Sprint Blueprint (1–2 week sprint): CHF 6’000–12’000 per week Suitable for end-to-end scoping of a priority process with multiple stakeholders and integrations. The client provides the Microsoft tenant/licenses unless explicitly included in scope; we implement within agreed environments and governance controls.
